Lesaga adventure safaris have been created by Gasper Mtui a Tanzanian native from Mount Kilimanjaro, the top of Africa. He is a Mchagga, He started his career as a porter in Kilimanjaro for two years. Then he got back to college for learning more about fauna and flora, and tourism management. He speaks Kiswahili, English, French, and Spanish. In 2007, he started working as a driver guide for almost 7yrs. He created Lesaga Adventure Safaris in 2015.
